Create a new document
Select “New Recording…” (command-N) from the File Menu.
Select “Configure Recording…” from the ScreenFlow Status menu in the Menu Bar (
).
Select “Record” from the ScreenFlow Status menu in the Menu Bar to record using the most recently used settings.
Press shift-command-2 (or the hotkey you configured in Preferences).
